Informatique Pratique

Je viens de faire une analyse de mon dd en ligne sur le site <a href="http://www.secuser.com" target="_blank">www.secuser.com</a> !
Apparement j'aurai 11 virus sur mon pc et celà  m'inquiète pas mal !
Le site m'indique que j'ai :
-ADW tenget.a
-TROJ biskoo.a
-java nocheat.a
-java bytverify.a
-java needy.a

Mon PC est très lent quand je vais dans poste de travail et génère bcp d'envoi de donné vers le net (upload).
Je suis sous Windows XP pro avec SP1.

Quelqu'un a une idée pour virer tous ces virus le rapidement ?

si tu installais un antivirus et un firewall ?
